MAG LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT

Thank you for your order with MAG Laundry Equipment.

To help everything run smoothly with the installation we need to check that your site is ready for our engineers to connect the laundry equipment ordered by your company. By running through this checklist in advance it will help us avoid any wasted journeys or incomplete installations on the day.

If you are happy to proceed please sign below and you will be allocated the next available date for the install of your machines.

Customer Checks – Please Confirm:

  • The laundry equipment ordered will fit through all doorways and corridors into the allocated space in your laundry room
  • The correct plumbing, electrical and gas connections are available, live, accessible and within 1.0 metre of where your laundry equipment will be installed
  • There is satisfactory ventilation for any gas heat equipment (tumble dryers / ironers)
  • All ducting is correct, clean and free of lint built up, debris and foreign objects
  • The flooring / concrete is suitable for the equipment ordered

Supplier Checks and Information:

  • We will endeavour to ensure your install is completed quickly and professionally
  • Our engineer will contact you prior to the installation via a telephone call or site visit
  • Our engineers may not be able to alter your existing plumbing or electrical connections and we will inform you if any upgrades are required so you can arrange suitable tradesmen
  • If the site services are not suitable (as requested) we may not be able to complete the installation
  • Any additional remedial works required to safely complete the installation will be quoted 

As the Buyer it is your responsibility to make sure the site is ready prior to the day of installation. If the installation cannot be completed then a re-visit or remedial works would be an additional charge. If you have any doubts please request an engineer to attend site prior to installation.
