MAG LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT

Thank you for your order with MAG Laundry Equipment.

So that everything runs smoothly with the commissioning of your laundry equipment it is important to make sure this is installed and ready to operate.

To commission your laundry equipment and activate your warranty please ensure::

  • Any washing machines, tumble dryers are ironers are fully and correctly installed
  • The laundry equipment is available and not in use during our scheduled visit
  • Suitable and sufficient services are available (i.e. electricity, gas and water)
  • There is satisfactory draining and ventilation for the equipment
  • The flooring / concrete is suitable for the equipment ordered
  • Customers to ensure the safe operation and location of equipment through their own risk assessment
  • Staff are available for user training on the equipment

Please Note: If your site or connections are not satisfactory we may not be able to complete the commissioning of your equipment. If remedial works are required to complete the installation these will be chargeable extras (i.e. – cables, gas hoses, gas fittings, plumbing fittings etc.). To prevent any wasted time and to help ensure everything is in place please speak with our office on 01422 244733 and send photographs of your services prior to our engineer’s attendance.

Agreement: If MAG is not able to complete the installation due to reasons outside of our control, i.e. your laundry equipment is not installed to the correct specification, then a revisit to complete any outstanding work or remedial works would be quoted and chargeable at the client’s expense. As the Buyer it is your responsibility to make sure the site is ready prior to the day of installation. If the installation cannot be completed then a re-visit or remedial works would be an additional charge. If you have any doubts please request an engineer to attend site prior to installation.
