Ordering machine via Kane all went smoothly and fit was arranged via Rebecca who was polite throughout.Engineers arrived with the machine spot on arranged time and the fit proceeded smoothly with Beth and Tony both being true professionals. We’re more than happy with the machine and look forward to years of trouble free operation from it. Again we would recommend MAG to anyone.

MAG, the contractor of the washing machine and dryer in our communal washroom, came to service the machines last week. I saw him take the entire dryer apart. He replaced the filter and cleaned many of the moving parts. The problem with the dryer was it wasn’t drying clothes properly if you fed coins into the dryer. It only responded if you put one 50p in at a time, let that cycle complete and then put in another 50p, and even then it wasn’t drying clothes thoroughly. Dominic from MAG was totally puzzled but being determined, his last resort was to come into the garden and investigate the ventilation pipe from the dryer. He discovered compacted grass had been deliberately squashed up into the pipe to prevent the release of hot air. Once he removed the blockage, the dryer is now working perfectly. So a very big thank you to Dominic and congratulations to MAG for having such a fabulous engineer on their team 😀

We had a great experience purchasing our commercial laundry equipment from MAG. The entire team were very helpful, and patient whilst we established exactly what our requirements were. The installation team led by Nathan were excellent, and worked very late to get the job completed on the final day. Nathan was incredibly helpful, and absolutely committed to making sure everything was set up in the most efficient way for us. We particularly liked the way we always felt updated and fully informed at each stage of the process, which helped manage our expectations and any commitments from our side, as well as what we could expect from MAG. We're thankful to Gavin and Jade for this. For these reasons, we wouldn't hesitate to use MAG again in the future

Jamie has been great from start to finish within our laundry room. Great at his job with high levels of knowledge and experience. Will always go above and beyond to help when needed, will continue to request Jamie whilst maintaining our machinery.

From first contacting MAG for a quote for a new dryer for our Care Home the service from all the team has been amazing. Within minutes of making my enquiry Steph called me and went through all the available options. A full written quote was soon emailed to me to which we went ahead with the purchase. Communication with Steph, Natalie and Vicki was second to none during the process which was very easy. Delivery was super fast which was greatly appreciated. From start to finish we have had an amazing service from Stephanie, Daniel and the rest of the behind the scene team. Thank you for making this a seamless task. I have to also say that we are on the Isle of Man and that adds a different level of potential issues. None of these were a problem for the MAG team. Thank You for your amazing service. The machines are great, they are simple to use, which is needed when they are being used by the older generation.

Massive thank you to Kieron, Steph and the whole team at MAG Laundry, Great experience all round. I was a bit dubious at first when they told me their machines would knock spots off our current set up because at the end of the day, a washing machine is a washing machine isn't it? i was incredibly wrong... The new machine cycle is around two to three times faster than our old set up, which is massively reducing lead times for our customers. Also the wash quality on MAG's machine compared to my old one is noticeably better even on short cold cycles. Can’t thank this company enough. Professional, friendly and genuinely lovely to deal with throughout. Highly recommend and wish we had made the change sooner.

Dominic visited our stevenage laundry today to service three washing machines. He was very friendly and professional throughout the visit. He cleaned the machines thoroughly from both the front and back and even showed us pictures after the cleaning was completed. Excellent service — highly recommended.

The process of booking via the service team, (Nicola and Rebecca particularly) was very easy. We had Jamie come out to us to complete the servicing, where he was polite, helpful, approachable, efficient and clean. This made the industrial washing and drying machine servicing which is often difficult a total faff, very easy. I have dealt with difficulties with other companies that so far MAGs' team have completely mitigated and look forward to out continued profession use and partnership.

Dominic attended to complete a repair on our miele dryer. I was very happy with the service he delivered. He was knowledgeable and ordered the required part needed and was able to complete a temporary repair in order for clients to continue using the dryer. I also asked additional questions about the function of the dryer and programmes which he answered clearly and provided helpful advice.
