The whole team from Vicki, Rebecca, Jade and James have been amazing. This company really cares about its customers and I never dealt with such a company that’s is so customer focused. Nathan at LCI who did the installation continues that same ethos as MAG and has been so helpful with our trades prior to installation and throughout the install too. 5 star from start to finish. We are a Housing Co-operative and we recently purchased 3 MAG Washing Machines. We were really impressed with the service from start to finish, from the initial ordering to the installation. We found them to be very professional and thorough and the whole process ran very smoothly. The machines are also very sleek and modern looking and very quiet on a spin cycle. We will definately be looking at purchasing Dryer's from them in the future. We would 100% recommend MAG without any hesitation.

Kevin came to install our new Ironer. It wasn't a straightforward installation and it involved a fair bit of head scratching to come up with a solution to suit us. Once the plan was agreed the installation was smooth and efficient. By the end of the day we were up and ironing away! Thank you to Kevin and the MAG team.

I contacted James at MAG Equipment a few months ago to obtain a quote for a new dosing unit and detergents as I felt our end washing results should have been better. I also obtained other quotes.James was always available to speak to, explained what their detergents are capable of and how the installation would be undertaken. He arranged for one of the installers to visit the unit, carry out a survey and answer any questions I might have.I accepted his quote and the work was arranged to be completed by two installation men over a weekend which didn't affect our production which was a real bonus. Whilst the installation took place both men explained what was happening and answered any questions I had. Very professional.We have been running with the new detergents and the new dosing units set up for just over a week and we can already see a big improvement in our results. I have kept in touch with James and found him very informative and helpful throughout the whole process.Its worth mentioning, a few times James hasn't been able to answer the phone his colleague's at MAG have also been very helpful in passing my call on. Not once have I had to ring back which often happens today unfortunately.Bob Smith

Needed a couple of Lock fittings on a couple of Dryers. They couldn't come out themselves due to the machines not being commercial units but 3 members of staff went out of their way to help us find and supply the right lock fitting and we installed ourselves with no fuss. Top customer service 👌

We bought a washer and dryer recently and spoke to a lady called Steph. She gave us excellent service and was extremely knowledgeable. We also spoke with Amy at the service team. She was very helpful with any questions we had and was very polite and personable.
