Brilliant service from MAG laundry equipment. A special mention to Ian who always arrives with a big smile for us, he is happy, helpful, knowledgeable and always gets the job done. The man clearly knows his machines! Kane and Jade were also brilliant, professional, and committed to making sure everything was done properly from the very first conversation. No chasing people for answers and thankfully no “I’ll get back to you later” that mysteriously never happens with some companies. What really impressed us was the attention to detail and the fact that they actually cared about finding the right solution for us, rather than simply selling us machines that looked good on paper but wouldn’t have been up to the job. Communication was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and the new laundry machines have been fantastic. Even the laundry detergent has made a noticeable difference everything is coming out cleaner and brighter. Basically, our laundry has had a glow-up! 😂 It’s rare these days to deal with a company where everyone you speak to seems to take genuine pride in what they do. The team at MAG absolutely deserve recognition for that. After some pretty poor experiences with a previous supplier, MAG have been a breath of fresh air. It turns out laundry equipment doesn’t have to be stressful after all. I’d happily recommend MAG to anyone looking for reliable machines, quality products and, most importantly, genuinely good customer service.

Have used the services of MAG to come and service our washer and dryer for years now. Jamie is our engineer who attends everytime and I would just like to personally thank him for his great service! He is always smiling and gets the job done professionally and efficiently. He is a great asset to the company!

UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE! Called this morning and MAG came out within a couple of hours and had everything back up and running in no time. Quick and easy without any fuss at all. Would definitely recommend.

We used MAG for our Laundry equipment. The customer service from the beginning to end was outstanding . Would 100% recommend MAG for all your laundry needs especially Equestrian.

mag and the team where excellent form start to finish and really helped our restaurant tremendously when we needed to sanitise the restaurant after a COVID incident

Smooth and faultless experience all the way from the very start to the day the new machines arrived. Easy people to work with that turn up on time as promised and are quick to help with any questions. FIVE STARS ⭐️

As the CEO of Roxor Group I purchased a MAG Ozone Generator to keep our staff and visitors safe. Roxor have been supplying leading names in bathrooms for over 37 years, we understand true quality and we recognised MAG’s product as the very best on the market. Our offices and warehouses are sanitised regularly to remove bacteria and viruses, we simply plug the ozone machine in and let it do the rest. The air is noticeably cleaner and we will continue to use this as part of our long term sanitising regime. Having tried cheaper methods they do not compare. Thank you. Dave Cullen, CEO, Roxor Group

Ive been dealing with MAG for over 10 years and have always received exceptional equipment and aftercare. I wouldn't hesitate recommending MAG.

I recently purchased a number of commercial washing machines and tumble dryers from MAG after a friend recommended them. I have received outstanding service from the whole team at MAG from my initial enquiry, through to the delivery and installation. I would have no hesitation recommending MAG to anyone looking for a professional company to supply and install commercial laundry equipment. Keep up the great work guys

We used Mag Laundry for the supply of our Washer and Dryer here at Bolster Moor Farm Shop. The equipment supplied are fantastic and the ongoing service and support is just as good. We also buy all our detergents for the machines from them and they are priced very competitively. (Ask for Jade). Ta very much MAG

MAG were fantastic from playing the order to contacting us to arrange delivery and installation. The fitter, Glenn, did a great job on site. Thank you

Dealt with Kayne at MAG Laundry Equipment and found him very helpful throughout. He took the time to understand what we needed, explained the different options clearly and was easy to get hold of when we had questions. Good service overall and would be happy to deal with MAG again.

Read the reviews on MAG laundry was pleased with what I read. So purchased a couple of machines from them. The reviews were not worn great service from the team Jade and Steph in particular. Well deserved 5 stars.

Great company that we’ve worked with over the past six or seven years and a really positive experience. Every time we speak with MAG they are helpful and we’ve had the same account manager from day one which is rare in most businesses! Good people and here’s to the next six / seven years working together.

We've been working with the team at MAG since 2022 and have always found them professional, reliable and easy to deal with. Communication is clear, response times are excellent, and they always do what they say they're going to do. No messing around. We would have no hesitation in recommending MAG, and especially Daniel Holland, to others.

Glenn is an excellent engineer and provides a really good service and support for our laundry. He goes above and beyond to help, really professional and has a great deal of knowledge.

Ian is a credit to this company! Always going above expectations to keep our machines up and running. Nikki @ Wentworth

Great company based in Bradford — having recently visited their new premises, I was really impressed. The facilities are excellent, the meeting room is fantastic, and the heritage machine on display in reception is a brilliant touch that really showcases the history of the business. Would highly recommend a visit.

Ordering machine via Kane all went smoothly and fit was arranged via Rebecca who was polite throughout.Engineers arrived with the machine spot on arranged time and the fit proceeded smoothly with Beth and Tony both being true professionals. We’re more than happy with the machine and look forward to years of trouble free operation from it. Again we would recommend MAG to anyone.

MAG, the contractor of the washing machine and dryer in our communal washroom, came to service the machines last week. I saw him take the entire dryer apart. He replaced the filter and cleaned many of the moving parts. The problem with the dryer was it wasn’t drying clothes properly if you fed coins into the dryer. It only responded if you put one 50p in at a time, let that cycle complete and then put in another 50p, and even then it wasn’t drying clothes thoroughly. Dominic from MAG was totally puzzled but being determined, his last resort was to come into the garden and investigate the ventilation pipe from the dryer. He discovered compacted grass had been deliberately squashed up into the pipe to prevent the release of hot air. Once he removed the blockage, the dryer is now working perfectly. So a very big thank you to Dominic and congratulations to MAG for having such a fabulous engineer on their team 😀

10/10 👏
